Employees with attitude problems like being irritable, envious, ill-tempered, hysterical or violent are often labelled as problem employees who have low productivity, low self-esteem and social skills. The first thing the HR department does is talk to the employee and ask what might be bothering him that can cause such behaviour. If worse comes to worst, the said employee will be advised to get therapy. If they refuse, then HR will most likely ask the employee to resign.
